You can download all of the Geodesy software here. All of it is freeware and open source and you are free to use it as you wish. There is both Delphi 7 and Visual Basic 6 source code here. The Delphi code is most likely backward compatible with earlier versions. I suspect that that is also true with the VB code. The GeoCalc^© software was written in D7 and uses some components from the TurboPower Orpheus suite that was placed into the public domain. Those components could easily be replaced with standard Delphi ones. 

The application and ALL the source code is released under the conditions in the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1.

You can get the Orpheus components at http://sourceforge.net/projects/tporpheus. Orpheus is NOT included in the GeoCalc^© distribution.
